I'm Paritosh Chaube, CEO and Founder of Wise Minds Real Estate with over 10 years of successful experience in Dubai luxury real estate with some of the top brands.I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Pilani (India) and as a Master of Management from IIT Bombay (India).

I started my journey in real estate with Lodha Group, India's No.1 real estate brand leading their International Marketing division.

Thereafter I've held senior leadership roles with DAMAC Properties (Dubai) and Sobha Group (Dubai) in various capacities spanning Marketing, Business Development & Sales.

With this robust background in a high-profile environment, I have the hard skills necessary to finish deals, the acumen to spot opportunities, and the scope to accommodate HNWIs on any deal, from one-off purchases to investments in the high figures.

As the CEO and founder of Wise Minds, I take a research based approach to real estate with a growth mindset. My company works with luxury properties in elite locations throughout Dubai, including downtown and waterfront properties. We also work with fellow entrepreneurs, investors, and HNWIs.
